The Marion COHO is located along Camarin Road, North Caloocan City, Metro Manila.

The Marion Caloocan is situated in an area just a few meters from the City Government Building of North Caloocan. This area is planted with various trees that surround the site. The property lies in a land elevated at approximately 60 meters above sea level, higher than Quezon City’s hilly areas. So flooding is very remote in this place unlike other parts of Metro Manila. Marion can be reached from Fairview via the Quirino Highway through Zabarte Road and Camarin Road.

Moreover, this industrial and commercial park is a thriving business and commercial area in Quezon City that spans from the East and North Triangles to the Quezon Memorial Circle.
